These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Apex Aerial Surveys (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
Apex Aerial Surveys provides professional drone services including, but not limited to:

Aerial photography and videography

Roof and building inspections

Construction progress monitoring

3D mapping and modelling
All services are carried out in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.
2. Bookings & Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the client.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Bookings are only confirmed once agreed in writing (email or booking confirmation).

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if safety, legality, or compliance cannot be assured.
3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed prior to the commencement of work.

Invoices must be paid within the stated timeframe.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery of final outputs.

All prices are in GBP (£).
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be rescheduled where possible.

If a job cannot proceed due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Repeated cancellations may be subject to a fee.
5. Weather, Safety & Legal Restrictions
Drone operations are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and site safety considerations.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a flight if conditions are deemed unsafe or non-compliant with CAA regulations.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Provide accurate site information and access permissions

Ensure they have authority to allow drone operations over the property or site

Inform us of any site-specific hazards or restrictions
Apex Aerial Surveys is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
7. Deliverables & Usage Rights

All images, videos, and data remain the property of Apex Aerial Surveys until full payment is received.

Once paid, the client is granted a licence to use the deliverables for agreed purposes.

We reserve the right to use anonymised or non-sensitive work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Data Protection
Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
9. Liability

Apex Aerial Surveys holds appropriate public liability insurance.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
10. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party platforms, mapping software, hosting providers, or client-supplied systems.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
